The Case for a Plan

Most "big repairs" started as small problems no one caught.

A slow toilet valve becomes ceiling damage. A loose roof tile becomes a monsoon leak. A clogged hose bib becomes a burst pipe in February. Reactive repair is always more expensive than catching it early — and a lot more stressful. Highline puts a trusted set of eyes on your home on a schedule, so the small stuff stays small.

Catch issues early

Most of what we find costs less than $50 to fix during a visit.

03

Start scheduled maintenance

After registration and payment, we complete the first scheduled home care visit and begin the recurring work.

04

Build your Highline Home Record

Every visit adds photos, notes, completed fixes, maintenance history, and items to watch.

What We Handle During a Visit

We find it, fix what we can, and help coordinate the rest.

More than a checklist. Real maintenance, real fixes, real documentation.

Doors, windows, and entry points

Sticking doors, loose hardware, weatherstripping, and caulk seals — the small stuff that lets in cold air, monsoon water, and dust.

Plumbing fixtures and water issues

Running toilets, dripping faucets, slow drains, and the under-sink leak signs that turn into ceiling damage. Bigger work goes to a licensed plumber.

Comfort, airflow, and detectors

HVAC filter swaps, vent and exhaust fan checks, ceiling fans, and a working test on every smoke and CO detector. We flag anything for an HVAC tech.

Seasonal readiness

Winter and monsoon prep, hose bibs, gutters and drainage, garage doors, and visible roof and exterior wear from accessible areas.

Small fixes during the visit

Loose hinges, bulbs, caulk lines, minor patches, paint touch-ups, and hardware tightening — handled in-visit when they fit plan scope. Materials and bigger work are quoted separately.

Photo-documented visit reports

Every visit ends with a photo summary: what we checked, fixed, and what to watch. Over time it becomes a real service history for the home.

In the Home

Small maintenance that keeps the home working right.

From sticky doors and loose hardware to worn seals, filters, and small touch-ups, Highline handles practical maintenance items during scheduled visits when they fit the plan scope.

Outside a Plan

Need a One-Time Repair or Small Fix?

Highline is built around recurring preventative home maintenance plans, but we also handle one-off small repairs and punch-list items when they fit our scope. If you have a sticking door, loose hardware, minor drywall or paint touch-up, caulking issue, weatherstripping problem, small fixture repair, or another practical home fix, we can take a look and provide a free estimate.

For larger projects or work that requires a licensed trade, we'll tell you straight and help point you in the right direction.

Local Expertise

Built for how homes actually live up here.

Phoenix maintenance companies don't see the same homes we do. Up here, freeze/thaw splits caulk lines. Monsoon water finds every gap in your weatherseal. Snow load tests tile valleys. Pine pollen clogs every screen and vent. Second-home vacancies in February need real eyes on the property. We build every visit around what these homes actually need, in the season they're in.

Realtors & Sellers

Get the home ready before the photos go up.

Pre-listing punch-list work and cosmetic touch-ups before the photos go up — sticky doors, tired caulk lines, scuffed paint, loose hardware, and the small details that make a listing look cared for in photos and in person.

Inspection-report repair support that keeps closings moving. We sort items by trade, handle the practical fixes ourselves, document completed work with photos, and coordinate licensed trades for anything bigger.

About

A local business built on doing things right.

I'm Travis — Flagstaff homeowner, U.S. Air Force veteran, and the person who shows up when you call Highline.

I grew up around my dad's repair business, so this work has been part of my life since I was a kid. Since then I've worked in the trades, owned rental properties, served in Air Force Security Forces, worked as a police officer, and managed operations in a few different roles. I'm finishing a business and project management degree alongside running Highline.

All of that taught me the same thing: accountability matters, and people deserve straight answers about their home.

When you call, you get me. When I show up, I know your house. That's the point.
