What We Do
We find it, fix what we can, and help coordinate the rest.
More than a checklist. Real maintenance, practical small fixes, seasonal readiness, documented service history, and clear next steps for bigger repairs.
During Home Care Visits
What we handle during home care visits.
Preventative home maintenance
Highline helps homeowners stay ahead of small issues that usually get ignored until they become expensive. During scheduled visits, we look for wear, leaks, loose hardware, sealing issues, safety concerns, seasonal problems, and deferred maintenance. When practical and within scope, we handle small fixes during the visit instead of just pointing them out.
Examples: Door adjustments, loose handles, cabinet hinges, hardware tightening, HVAC filter replacement, smoke and CO detector checks, GFCI testing, leak signs, loose seals, early damage, lubrication of sliders/windows/hinges, weatherstripping, caulking, exterior seal points.
Seasonal readiness for Northern Arizona homes
Highline helps homes stay ready for Flagstaff, Sedona, and Northern Arizona conditions, including winter weather, freeze/thaw, monsoon season, wind, dust, heat, and seasonal vacancy.
Examples: Winter readiness, monsoon readiness, exterior seal observations, drainage observations, hose bib checks, door/window/weatherstripping checks, visual roof/gutter/exterior wear observations from safe accessible areas.
Small fixes that keep the home working right
Highline should feel like more than a company that checks things. We fix practical small items during scheduled visits when they fit time, scope, safety, access, and materials.
Examples: Door and cabinet adjustments, loose trim, hardware tightening, minor drywall and paint touch-ups, small caulking and sealant repairs, weatherstripping repairs, light bulb replacement where practical, exhaust fan and vent cleaning, small punch-list repairs.
Photo-documented visit reports
Every visit leaves the customer with a clear record of what was checked, what was fixed, what needs attention, and what should be watched. This is valuable for second-home owners, STR owners, busy families, and people managing a home for a parent.
Highline Home Record
Every visit builds a documented maintenance and service history for the property. This can support buyer confidence and resale presentation by showing the home has been consistently cared for over time.
Repair coordination and trade referrals
Highline does not pretend to do everything. If something requires a licensed trade or is outside the practical scope of a maintenance visit, Highline can document the issue, explain the priority, and help coordinate or refer the right professional.
Outside a Plan
Need a one-time repair or small fix?
Highline is built around recurring preventative home maintenance plans, but we also handle one-off small repairs and punch-list items when they fit our scope. If you have a sticking door, loose hardware, minor drywall or paint touch-up, caulking issue, weatherstripping problem, small fixture repair, or another practical home fix, we can take a look and provide a free estimate.
For larger projects or work that requires a licensed trade, we'll tell you straight and help point you in the right direction.
Add-Ons
Add-on projects and punch-list work.
Need something beyond your scheduled visit? Highline can quote small add-on projects when they fit our scope. Larger or permit-required work is coordinated with licensed trades.
Scope honesty matters.
Highline does not perform licensed trade work, permit-required repairs, structural work, gas line work, full roofing repair, HVAC repair, major plumbing or electrical work, or emergency response. When something needs a trade specialist, we document the issue, explain the priority, and help coordinate the right next step.
