Choose a plan

Orientation visit
Before the first maintenance visit, we learn the home. We document paint colors, filter sizes, shutoffs, panel locations, access notes, known issues, and owner priorities.
Register and schedule
After registration and payment, we schedule your first recurring maintenance visit.
Build your Highline Home Record
Every visit adds photos, notes, completed fixes, maintenance history, and items to watch.
Seasonal baseline
Essential Care
For homeowners who want seasonal eyes on the home, twice a year.
Two scheduled maintenance visits per year, photo-documented visit summaries, and a documented service history for your property. Best for homeowners who want basic preventative care without a heavy schedule.

Our recommended plan for Northern Arizona homes.
Four scheduled visits per year covering winter prep, spring thaw, monsoon readiness, and fall prep. Includes priority scheduling, photo-documented reports, and the strongest Highline Home Record over time.
Custom plan option
Custom Care Plans
For second homes, STRs, seasonal homes, and remote owners who need a custom visit rhythm or added support.
Custom Care Plans start with the same Highline maintenance foundation: scheduled visits, practical small fixes when appropriate, photo-documented summaries, seasonal readiness, and the Highline Home Record. From there, we can add custom frequency, pre-arrival checks, post-stay checks, post-weather checks, and coordination support.
Typical custom plans range from $1,800 to $4,800 per year depending on visit frequency, property size, rental activity, seasonal needs, and requested add-ons.

Scope
What is included and what is separate?
Minor maintenance and practical small fixes are handled during scheduled visits when they fit visit time, safety, access, materials, and plan scope. Materials, larger repairs, add-on projects, and anything requiring a licensed trade are quoted or approved separately.
Highline Home Services is not a licensed contractor. Larger projects, permit-required work, and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, structural, gas, or specialty trade work may require a licensed professional.
The Highline Home Record
A service history your home can keep.
Every Highline visit adds to your Highline Home Record, a photo-documented maintenance history for the property. It shows what was checked, what was fixed, what needs attention, and how the home has been cared for over time.
This record can help second-home owners stay informed, help busy homeowners remember what was done, and support buyer confidence when it is time to sell.
