Meet Travis

From the person who shows up.

I'm Travis, a Flagstaff homeowner, U.S. Air Force veteran, and the person who shows up when you call Highline.

I grew up around my dad's repair business, so a lot of this work has been part of my life since I was a kid. Watching him taught me that small problems rarely stay small when no one is paying attention.

Since then, I have worked in the trades, owned rental properties, served in Air Force Security Forces, worked as a police officer, and managed operations in a few different roles. I am finishing a business and project management degree alongside running Highline.

All of that taught me the same thing: accountability matters, and people deserve straight answers about their home.

I started Highline because I kept seeing the same gap in Northern Arizona: good homeowners without someone they could trust to take honest, consistent care of their property. That is especially true for second-home owners, busy families, and people who do not have time to manage a home's full maintenance calendar.

When you call Highline, you get me. When I show up, I know your house. That is the point.

Why Highline exists

A better way to care for a home.

Most home service calls happen after something breaks. Highline was built around a different idea: keep a steady rhythm, handle the small things early, document the work, and help homeowners make better decisions before small issues become expensive repairs.

That means scheduled visits, practical small fixes, seasonal readiness, photo-documented reports, and a Highline Home Record that grows over time.

How we work

A few things we believe.

Practical

We focus on the real things that keep a home safe, functional, and ready for the season.

Documented

Every visit creates a record of what was checked, what was fixed, what needs attention, and what should be watched.

Honest about scope

We do not pretend to do everything. If something needs a licensed trade, we say so and help coordinate the next step.

Consistent

The goal is not a random one-time visit. The goal is to know the home and care for it over time.
